All citizens of Ukraine have the right to FREE PROSTHETICS at state expense. Receipt of prosthetic and orthopedic products is provided for civilian and military persons with disabilities according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 05.04.2012 No. 321 as amended.
